CON-TROL CrackStop (Anti-Cracking)

CON-TROL CrackStop is a film-forming polymeric additive developed to minimize surface
cracking in kraft paper and board, particularly in high BF and high GSM grades. Applied at the
size press in combination with cationic starch, it forms a flexible and cohesive surface film
that withstands folding and creasing stresses. The product improves surface flexibility and
film integrity without reducing burst factor or strength, helping to reduce edge cracking and
breakage in corrugated applications.

CON-TROL CrackStop is a film-forming polymeric additive developed to minimize surface

Addition Point: Size press along with cooked starch
Dosage: 0.8 – 1.5kg per ton of paper.
