CON-TROL DT2001 (Stickies Passivation Additive)

CON-TROL DT 2001 is a specialised stickies passivation additive designed to work in
conjunction with CON-TROL SC 2001 in duplex board systems requiring enhanced stickies
control. It passivates softened residual stickies, preventing their adhesion to fibres and
machine surfaces. When used alongside SC 2001, it provides improved control over dryer
build-up, felt contamination, and sheet stickies, particularly in recycled furnish with high
adhesive content. DT 2001 is not intended for standalone use and should always be
applied along with SC 2001 for effective performance.
